A fresh controversy has erupted at the Jawaharlal Nehru University surrounding student leader and Naxal sympathizer Kanhaiya Kumar. The university administration has issued a press release which says that Kanhaiya was fined Rs 3000 for misbehaving with a girl student in 2015.
